The motel is a welcoming and refreshing place for tourists and travelers in the Dolomites area.
The objective is to design a high energy efficiency building in the municipality of Cortina reusing old pre-existences.

The design layout is guided from the orientation and the main cold wind direction since it was fundamental to maximize di the warm loss.
The whole structure is made out of cross laminated timber. Maximum attention was given to the construction nodes and technologies used.
